Conference organisation

Each of the three key questions will have its own discussion stream or thread.

Each discussion stream will be started in sequence several days apart to give an early impetus and focus to each discussion. However latecomers will not be excluded and each stream can be kept open until the whole exercise is complete. A time schedule on this will be published soon.

Each thread will start with an introduction that will be published on this website. Key participants will be asked to submit a response on the first day to stimulate discussion. You can contribute by sending in responses to the questions put forward and by reacting to other participants messages. It is not possible for participants to start a new thread themselves.

For more information on web discussions in general, see the links page.

The discusion will be hosted on the joint ETFRN - Euforic web discussion platform.

Background documents

We welcome background documents like relevant country studies and policy documents. You can send them to the moderator at info@fscobjectives.org. They will be made available on this site for downloading and an announcement will be sent to the conference. Please clearly indicate which thread it belongs to. Contributions that are too long for the discussion list can be published this way as well.

Registration

Discussion contributions and background documents will only be visible to registered participants. A registration form will become available on this site soon. If you have trouble using this form, you can send an email with the required information to info@fscobjectives.org.

After registration you will receive a code with which you can access the discussion. Seperately you will also receive a username and password with which you can enter the participants only section of this site with introductions and background documents. Before you register, please read the rules for participation.
