We welcome background documents like relevant country studies and policy documents. You can send them to the moderator at info@fscobjectives.org. They will be made available on this site for downloading and an announcement will be sent to the conference. Please clearly indicate which thread it belongs to. Contributions that are too long for the discussion list can be published this way as well. Please send your documents as Word and/or PDF file.
